We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for reservations during UP graduation periods, sports events, concerts and peak tourist seasons (e.g. October-November for jacarandas).

This is not a problem at all, but please notify us in advance if you'll be arriving after 18:00 (6 PM).
Please bring a valid ID, passport or driver’s licence. If your account with us hasn’t been settled in full, please also ensure you have a payment method on hand (credit card or banking App) - we have a “full payment on arrival” policy.
All 3-Star Accommodation rooms have air conditioning. All Budget Accommodation rooms have fans. All rooms have heating for winter and extra blankets throughout the year.

Yes, all units have flat-screen TVs with OpenView decoders (free-to-air channels).
Not necessarily. Most of our three-star units only have light self-catering facilities (a tea/coffee station, fridge & microwave), but Guinea Fowl’s Nest & Kalahari have kitchenettes (with a sink, an induction plate and some cookware) and Angela’s Cottage has a full kitchen. Budget units have a tea/coffee station, some have a fridge & microwave and all the units have access to a fully equipped communal kitchen.
Yes! We have 3 family units that sleep up to 4 people.
All rooms receive daily housekeeping.

Breakfast is optional and at an additional charge. You can request a Room Only or Bed & Breakfast booking.

All 3-Star Accommodation units have access to our outdoor swimming pool from 08:00-20:00 (8 AM - 8 PM).
Laundry service (at an additional fee) is only available on request & only when we are quiet - otherwise we will refer you to our trusted local laundry service.
No curfew, but we ask guests to be considerate of others when entering/leaving late at night.

Yes! We have solar backup power to ensure lights and Wi-Fi stay on during power outages.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets on the premises.
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking of cigarettes is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. No smoking of weed is allowed inside or outside the perimeters of the property - since it’s a shared space, we have to be respectful of the comfort of all guests and also remain aligned with legal regulations.
For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed in rooms and on the property.
We maintain a quiet environment. Please respect other guests at all times and keep noise to a minimum, especially between the hours of 22:00-07:00 (10 PM - 7 AM), which are our Quiet Hours.
